LeAnn Blankenship, MD

“Caring for oncology and hematology patients has been my true passion since I was younger. Having had personal family experiences with cancer, including my mother, has allowed me to witness both the patient’s and the physician’s perspectives. The field of oncology and hematology is advancing rapidly; I strive to provide the most advance, comprehensive and individualized care. I believe that open and honest communication is a vital component of oncology care; I will take time to listen and care for each of my patients with compassion and dignity that they deserve. Any medical illness, especially a diagnosis of cancer can be challenging and overwhelming; as your medical oncologist, I will be here to guide and support you and your loved ones every step of the way.”
