Arlene Lapid is a Licensed Vocational Nurse from our Walnut Creek CyberKnife & Surgery Care Center. Arlene is recognized for going above and beyond to provide excellent patient care. She can be relied on to ensure patient questions are answered and that she is accessible to ensure their needs are met. Arlene is an excellent communicator, dependable, and a great support to her colleagues.

Q: How long have you been with Epic Care?

A: Nine Months.

Q: What does our Culture of CARE mean to you?

A: For me, it’s making a difference each day with our patients. My intent is to always show compassion and be passionate about what I do.

Q: What piece of advice would you share with a new Epic Care employee?

A: Just try everything; challenge yourself!

Q: If you could instantly learn any language. What language would you choose?

A: Mandarin, Japanese, and Italian.

Q: What is your favorite thing to eat for breakfast?

A: I’m Filipino, so a dream breakfast for me is: garlic fried rice, Filipino sausage, and egg ;-). But I’m trying to be healthy, so my go-to is steel-cut oatmeal with peanut butter and banana.
