proud to shine a light on our exceptional team and the work they do.

Meet Cassie, a general surgery LVN from our Walnut Creek CyberKnife & Surgery Care Center.
On many occasions, you can find Cassie going above and beyond to support our patients and help
out her team. Cassie is consistently courteous, kind, empathetic, and these qualities along with her
clinical expertise make her a valuable member of our team. Here’s more about Cassie:

Q: How long have you worked for Epic Care?
A: I started with Epic Care in August of 2020, however I was fortunate to come to the Walnut
Creek office in December of 2020. Our patients and clinical team are fantastic — I truly enjoy
coming to work each day.

Q: What do you like most about working at Epic Care?
A: The amazing team of individuals and physicians I have the pleasure of working with! Everyone I
have interacted with over the past year, either in person or virtually are passionate about the work
they do and are a joy to work with.

Q: What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given at work?
A: Remain humble and open to communication. There is always more to learn and it’s important
we communicate well to provide our patients with the best experience and quality of care.

Q: Describe yourself in three words?
A: Positive, compassionate, and approachable

Q: If you could snap your fingers and become an expert in something, what would it be?
A: I am a firm believer in continued education and I have a constant thirst for knowledge. No
matter my level of experience I approach life with the idea that there is always more to learn.
