CARE Corner: Employee Spotlight, Naomi N.

to provide high-quality care to our community. Through our CARE Corner spotlight, we’re
proud to shine a light on our exceptional team and the work they do.

Meet Naomi, a Patient Service Representative from our Castro Valley Care Center. Naomi
has been recognized for upholding our culture of CARE by her ongoing willingness to
contribute to the greater good. Naomi volunteers to help her team and readily takes on
greater responsibilities and challenges without sacrificing quality outcomes. Plus, we’re
always impressed by her ability to communicate well with both patients and staff. Read on

Q: How long have you worked for Epic Care?
A: For about eight months now and I really enjoy being here!

Q: What do you love most about your role?
A: My favorite part is building connections with our patients and being able to make their
day even the slightest bit brighter by doing all I can to help.

Q: Describe Epic Care in three words.
A: Determined, passionate, and a problem solver.

Q: What is something few people know about you?
A: I ride my skateboard in my free time.

Q: If you could participate in a game show, which one would it be?
