Epic Care cordially invites you and a guest to our Cancer Survivor Gathering. Whether you are newly diagnosed, in treatment, recovery, or remission, you are a cancer survivor, and this celebration is about you.

Join us for an evening to be together and honor your brave journey. Enjoy food, refreshments, guest speakers, music, a photo booth, and mingle with fellow survivors and Epic Care physicians and staff.
