Epic Care Cancer Survivor Gathering, September 23, 2023

Epic Care cordially invites you and your family to our Cancer Survivor Gathering.

Whether you are newly diagnosed, in treatment, recovery, or remission, you are a cancer survivor, and this celebration is about you.

Join us for an afternoon to be together and honor your brave journey. Enjoy hors d’oeuvres, refreshments, guest speakers, music, a photo booth, and mingle with fellow survivors and Epic Care physicians and staff. Visit our “Survivorship Grove,” where you can share the things worth celebrating and your hopes for life, along with honoring and remembering those no longer with us.
