Gina Burnett is a Patient Benefits Rep at our Administration office. She is recognized for her consistent support for her team and dedication to exceptional service. She willingly assists with tasks beyond her responsibilities and ensures her colleagues have the support they need. Gina consistently exceeds expectations in every aspect of her role, and coworkers are grateful to have her a part of the team.

Q: How long have you been with Epic Care?
A: This May will be 11 years.

Q: What does “We lead with CARE” mean to you?
A: Leading with Care is teamwork.

Q: What does your job entail?
A: Finding programs to help our Epic Care Patients with the cost of their treatments and medications. Along with assisting our patients with billing questions.

Q: What’s the best advice you’d give a new Epic Care employee?
A: We are a big family at Epic Care, so enjoy and embrace it!

Q: If you could master one new skill instantly, what would it be?
A: I would love to learn to speak Spanish, and if I could master it instantly, that would be great.

Q: If you could have dinner with any historical figure, who would it be and why?
A: Historical? Not sure, but I would love to have dinner with Denzel Washington, LOL.
