Q: How long have you been with Epic Care?
A: I’ve been with Epic Care for 12 years.

Q: What does “We lead with CARE” mean to you?
A: To me, it means being present, courteous, and treating others with generosity and compassion.

Q: What does your job entail?
A: I make sure our new patients are met with exceptional customer service while working with our physicians and other staff to ensure timely access to care.

Q: What is one of your favorite parts of your job?
A: My favorite part of my job is exhibiting empathy. I genuinely care about my job and my impact on patients by facilitating their needs.

Q: Describe your personality in a single word.
A: Loyal because I strive to support patients and other staff through the highs and lows and stay by their side regardless of the circumstances.

Q: Where would you go if you could hop on a plane right this second?
A: I would go back home to Puerto Rico to see my family.
