Vanessa Natachia is a Medical Assistant I from our Dublin Care Center. Vanessa is recognized for going above and beyond and for her outstanding job performance. She continually receives positive reviews from patients and engages with her peers in an upbeat, positive manner. Vanessa is always finding ways to make the staff and patients smile and feel included.

Q: How long have you been with Epic Care?

A: 4 months.

Q: What does our Culture of CARE mean to you?

A: For me, our Culture of CARE means not only do we care for our patients but for our colleagues. It also means that we respect one another, with appropriate open conversations and positive critiques, to help one another succeed.

Q: What is a work-related accomplishment you’re proud of?

A: Being acknowledged as a Culture Care recipient in my first Medical Assistant job.

Q: If you could be somebody else for a day, who would you be?

A: I would not want to be anyone else. I appreciate the journey that I’m on, whether it’s good or bad. The experiences and opportunities I have been through have made me a better person.

Q: What’s the best meal you’ve ever cooked?

A: My ultimate favorite meal to cook is Cajun Chicken Alfredo.
